As a licensed professional in vehicle engineering and an accredited Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme (VASS) engineer—authorised by VicRoads (now under the Department of Transport and Planning, Victoria) and Approved Persons – authorised by Queenslands Department of Transport and Main Roads. We offer certified engineering assessments and detailed modification reports for vehicles that must comply with Victoria’s road safety and registration standards.

Every VASS Certificate and TMR Certificate (known unofficially as a ‘Blue Plate’) is conducted in strict compliance with Vehicle Standards Bulletin 14 (VSB14), the Australian Design Rules (ADRs), and the specific guidelines set by VicRoads and TMR. As a result, all vehicles are assessed for full legal compliance, safety, and roadworthiness.
